Low-Income Access Driver Scheme

Getting Low-Income drivers into EV conversions - for FREE!

The majority of drivers are low income, and cannot afford new vehicles, and often cannot afford used vehicles. Many people in this world have never spent more than 5,000 dollars on a vehicle in their entire life, and will never be able to.

The LADS is a program to overcome the barriers to entry for low income drivers to convert their currently owned vehicles to 100% fully electric drivetrains for FREE – in partnership with the PEWGs and local area donors.

The LADS program was developed here at CWU, but is being coordinated internationally. We are developing volunteer organizers from each of the Fifty States and other nations. Our LADS program will be the major function of our Darigold Project.
